The changing economy of Michigan has left behind buildings of all types that have outlasted their original purpose. We believe that it is more ecologically effective to reuse these building than to demolish them to make room for new. Older and historical structures help to maintain the character and culture of a place, and provide atmospheric spaces in which to live, work, and relax. We have worked substantially with local communities and building owners to restore structures, to repurpose them for new occupants, and to make them valuable for generation to come.
